I've lived in six states in three time zones and dealt with more post offices than I care to count. This one is by far the best, with customer service leaps and bounds over what I've gotten used to everywhere else. I've encountered way too many people who work for USPS who were rude, incompetent, and generally undeserving of their cushy government salaries, but the Fair Haven folks deserve every penny. Keep up the good work, guys!
I had a package that was stuck in the tracking dead zone -- being routed and rerouted to the wrong zip code/sorting facility. After a quick phone call they were able to have my package straightened out and delivered the very next day first thing in the AM. Thank You Sue and the rest of the team!
